I have a problem with SM on CS:S Dedicated Server

I'm opening a dedicated server for CS:S but it shows me a error constantly and server crashes.
and also when i open the server without sourcemod it's opening succesfully.

The server usually has low ping but when its full(8 player versus)the ping is being crazy.
