maybe your computer just can't handle being a server? but it seems more like you arent doing something correctly...

I did notice you are using amx 0.9.9, so i can't be of much help with that. Probably need to see what jtp says. But you did use an autoinstaller...

rename it to autoexec.cfg and put it in cstrike...

rename it to autoexec.cfg and put it in cstrike folder, if you still have admin mod enabled try disabling it maybe causing a confict with amx
