Yeah... no, you can't tell people you can't use a plugin that you've posted publicly. Unless you want the boss to be private I think people have the right to use any plugin that is public on this...

Can't get the plugin to load, not even with the ItemsDB fully updated.

I did add a few new unusual effects, but when I used the CVARs in console it came up with a "Unknown command" prompt.
