Skins for CS:S

I have downloaded skins from gamebanana but they do not come w/ a .mdl file for the sm_skinchooser. If anyone can provide assistance, that would be great.

Looking for an add-on that will punish CTs that gun plant Ts. Punishment would strip the CT of his weapons and teleport him to x,y,z.
