I see. I have one more question. I heard somewhere, that big difference between min and maxrate on server can affect gameplay in that way the player with minrate(eg. 10k) will be accepted by server...

But how many lower should I try?
Also what will happen if minrate will be 80k, maxrate 100k, and player, who cant handle 100k will set rate to 100k?

Yeah, I know it's another thread about that stuff, but I still didn't find the answer.
I own a dedicated server in a server room with good connection by optical fiber. I host there few hl1 servers....

What do You mean? There is no good guide about hlstatsx and I don't want to use its ingame part. Only tracking headshots.
