There is a crash on some servers where any of my plugins are installed involving SourceMod. I can't reproduce it at home so I need to download one of these servers. I can't make a Windows version...

Do you have Metamod:Source 1.8.2 ?
Could you try entering "meta retry 1" in the console ? This should print an error message explaining what the problem is.

Yes, it runs on the 6 servers of my team running CSS, TF2 and DODS.
I have two machines running these servers and one which runs the MySQL server.

I use MySQL 5.0.75.

The problem with adding the ban reason is that this highly depends on the management plugin you are using.

It would mean that I would have to "hook" the reason from SourceMod, Mani Admin, HLSW,...

Well, it would probably be slower, but it should be possible.

Yes, and it's cached, that means that there is no SQL request on each player join, but only when the server starts or when a new player is added to the list.
