I changed the server to REHLDS and problems were resolved.

VTC is just for Better transfer sound (some guys have noise in mic and after install this problem solved). I dont Edit Meta list :| and dont need dproto and etc.
See The Server Version!!! if it was...

Error Message is:

[CSTRIKE] Invalid or missing entity gamedata files - forwards CS_OnBuy[Attempt] have been disabled

My Server is a STEAM...
