please convert this from superhero to stand alone plugin..

can somone please make it from superhero plugin
a stand alone plugin? so i can run it as amxmodx plugin for admin only
with all the cvars except the level limit (admin only)

can it be done to resize the models like when i threw the he granade it will look it is 4 times bigger? like a BOMB and not a granade?
or change weapons model size so i use ak like a ak cannon? :D...
