Zombie hands bug in amx mod 1.8.3+ zp 5.0

i installed zp 5.0 with amx mod 1.8.3 (and i tried with 1.9 too)
so when i get infected, i cant see my hands (and i cant attack) i need to press "3" to use the knife weapon... how can i fix this?
