Something strange with this plugin.

This plugin and Vote Manager 2, seem to not make a config after plugin reload, and dont read config even if i create it manually.

I was using both plugins...

The problem is, the point are not adding to players.
In game, there are annoucments, that player get points, but when you chceck rank, there is no points added, and in database the points "stuck" on...

1. I installed everything ( updating from older version)
2. Everythin went well, but errors appear on the place of installing IP ocalization "thing":
