Sourcemod fails when it comes to muting if someone retry s they get unmuted, you need to use mani if you want to perm mute someone.

Definitely need more lr's like Russian roulette,race. Wouldnt be that hard to change form es to sm. And also some kind of hosties admin.
As for the Team balancer there are tons of addons you can...

No i have the same problem with double chat.. I reinstalled my server with just es,sm,mm with no plugins but sm_hosties and still had the same problem

The RPG Plugin does not strip weapons. It is a conflict with the hosties system bvut i dont know what.
