I need help. The plugin works for as far as the sounds go. All I'm looking for, but my issue is when people try to connect to my server, vut they don't have sv_allowuploads set to 1 they can't join....

I was looking for something that would be festive in my CS GO server. I found a plugin that was supposed to leave little ghost type particles when people die, but it didnt work. The server is a 24/7...
