lol .. i think registrations by IP is a bad idea.
You don't see 90% of the world with static IP.

Nickname is good, STEAMID is great.

Plugin works good with me.

So, if you add admins by Name, and you have problems.. then try STEAM ID.

If it works with STEAM ID, then all good, and no need for any update
