My server crashes right on startup

Allright im using AMXX 1.76d and metamod. I run a listenserver LAN

And then i launch DoD then when its loading the game crashes.

Solutions ive done and didnt work:
Delete whole DoD , then ran...

cs:s and if i hurry up and learn PAWN maybe i can take the source code of SH and convert it for metamod:source with source mods....

hmmm sounds fine.... is it for all steam games or just cstrike because maybe you could try in video settings ( inside cstrike ) turn it to GUI
