I don't find a very cool mdl but here's one "models/props_c17/canisterchunk01l.mdl", can be a broken helmet if you let imagination... and bandage system, you can buy bandages what restore a part of...

Could you do the npcs can be spawned mapping like entities, example: npc_ec_antlion... Will be cool.

Edit 1: Can config the npcs life by a parameter like sv_npc_antlion_life "500"?.

I just forward the port 27015 UDP and works. Open the server and give to your friend your ip (NOT LOCAL, EXTERNAL). Then your friend put at console Connect ip:port.
