Running Nemod,Mani, & CSSDM ?

Is it possible to run Mani, Nemod, and CSS Deathmatch ? I wanted to have my deathmatch server to have the vehicles in it .

Well i have been on other servers and i see the players turn green and you cant shot them when they are that color. On mine there is no color and you can shoot some one when they respawn.
