I burn effect doesn't work, I set it to Mini Crits in the cfg.

Ok.
Another thing I noticed was that Blues still got Crits even when in the cfg I specified it to Minicrits. Is anyone else having this?

You did't get what I meant.

What I meant is that previously you could control what color the Warden was, for example green. Instead of having a model itself.

Also today I found out that the cvar for critis/mini crits wasn't working. And so was the teleport cvar.

Try disabling some of those plugins. Disable all custom plugins and just start with jailbreak and try.
Also some plugins you have are not even needed for jailbreak at all such as amp_node

It could be a bunch of things.
Please give us your plugin list and server information. (linux, windows etc.)
Sourcemod and Metamod version may be useful as well.

People above that are complaining about how the plugin is giving errors and not working, please give more information...
