Admin menu in SM unreadable

Its the latest versions of both mm and sm, so idk what the prob is.
I'm running my server on Linux.

Could anyone tell me how to configure it? Where to add .mp3 files? Any requirements for the .mp3 files? Or make some kind of text document explaining better?

Auto kick bots?

So I just started a competetive server on csgo and I want to get rid of the bots. I know I can do "bot_kick" in the console but when the map changes the bots are back. And its really frustrating...
