Thats because the plugin was made to work with batfoxkid's fork i believe.
It was the only way we found to make the blighted touch actually work.

its because the server has the files but the fastdl doesn't, or the files don't exist at all and the player keeps downloading ghost files, one way to fix this is to just go into your downloads, get...

Maybe use the fake deadringer of epic scout.
its an ams but if you can modify the abilities of bosses to be ams's it could be a good counter to the dead ringer bug.
