Got this shit error fixed finally, system is ubuntu.

Added in /etc/mysql/mysql.conf.d/mysqld.cnf and restart mysql.

get a cheap vServer for 3-5€ and install sourcebans on it instead of using a webhost service.

after the latest csgo update a banned player trys to connect only once and the sourcebans page spams the blocked player.
