g_hCvar_Interval doesn't work because you set timer by default:

g_tBurn = CreateTimer(0.5, TimerBurn, _, TIMER_REPEAT);

In B4B when player looking on item and vocalize "Weapon/Molo/Granede over here", visible through walls tag appeared for a 10 seconds. Maybe you can realize...

Server crashes without errors when bots standing on the car.
When they shoot, works fine.

Yep, tanks were disabled and i didn't noticed.
Tested all one more time, clear windows - works great.
On linux still crashes before throw. I will test clear linux and give more information soon.

Now no errors in log, but it spawns only common tanks(via menu and default map tanks) with 9k hp.
Tested on my main(linux) and test(clear/windows) servers.

1. Tank just starting picking up rock...

And server crashes when Tank tries to throw rock(before throw happens).
