Also would it be possible to add a cvar for blocking roll for x second after player spawn?
Need it because ill have trouble with spawnprotection and godmode roll.

more issues I found until now

- when you roll timbomb and you die before the bomb explodes, the bomb will explode after the next respawn.
- the timbomb head model is sometimes there sometimes...

If possible a fix for this would be nice. Also I got one question does smac detect some perks as cheats? (this happens in the old version sometimes)

Found a small issue/bug, when you play medic and gets unlimited uber the uber will only work until the timer is 0, but not until the uber meter is going down from 100-0.

That's a bit weird. Hope...
