Problem between the connection of database and gameserver plugin

Hey,

today I installed sourcebans on one of my servers, the connection between the webpanel and the database is working just fine.
Entering a ban there writes in the database correctly, however...

First I thought it's a sourcemod bug but as it turns out this also happens on my war server without plugins as well.

When you set bot_quota to 0, the game won't start for me after the warmuptime...

I have no crashes after updating sourcemod, however the game won't start and gets stuck after warmup counter goes to 0:01.

Does anyone have the same problem?

--SOLVED-- found out it's only possible when it's an automatic map change, won't work when using "map" or "changelevel"

Hey guys,
I have a tournament server and put a dealy of 60 seconds on it, the problem is that if the server loads the next map the same happens for the GOTV viewers even though the game is not...
