True if someone is temporary banned for like teamkills, spawnattacks.
If that's not the case, maybe VAC banned or banned by another anti-cheat program?

I downloaded it from www.enemydown.eu
It's a standalone plugin, so it keeps your server clean

On the officiall website of sourcemod.com, you can select plugin on the game.
Example:

DOD: Source , gameplay

It will show you all the plugins for dods that change the gameplay.

If you use the whitelist properly it is possible to load up quaksounds, custom skins etc etc.
I would advise to check the official zBlock website for that matter.
You could install metamod source...

Then edit the banned_user.cfg file and delete the steam Id's that do need acces to your server.
Reboot server and you're done..

There's totally nothing wrong. As far as I know you can't use voice while connected to SourceTV.
Maybe setup a ventrilo server to compensate ;)

My advise for anti cheat options:

SteamBans (standalone)
zBlock (standalone)
Detox Anti Cheat (requires metamod)
KAC anti cheat software (requires sourcemod)

All together should...

Hi everyone,

How do I setup SourceMod in a way that during the war SourceMod is invissible to everyone on the server?

Meaning they can't call the standard commands like: ff, thetime etc etc...
