Hi,

You should try to run the server without the 2 plugins (CSM and All8Survivors).
Then add one by one to see where the crashes come from.
Then you keep the safe one.

Maybe the pb comes from...

Try to launch the server with -insecure at the start command line.
For a LAN server, you don't need Valve I guess.

I don't see why you got this bug on cp maps, this plugin doesn't do anything bad at spawn. Maybe it depends on your SM version. Or it is because of another plugin.

This problem happens when a plugin having admin menu integration is loaded or unloaded. No matter what plugin it is.
That's why we encourage users to use an enable cvar instead of sm plugins...

I took the time to check how CS:GO starts a game, and I found out why I had this bug with Zeus warmup.
It's because round_end doesn't fire at the end of warmup :/
