I need Help Where DO i get a RockTheVote plugin

ok i looked at amxmox.org in the plugins and could not find one that does the rockthevote thing to start voting for next map. i know that theirs a plugin that does that just i cant find please help.

ok dudes is their any way posible to have a plugin or someway to make it if your server goes down(dedicated) that it will restart and run.

couse alot of the time my server goes down like every 3-4...

Server Crashs when xp loads

After round 2 when the xp has loaded for the players the server freezes and thats it no error or anything pops up it just freezes
