Whenever I install it through steamcmd on my host server, it finishes download CSGO and then just closes. I go into the folder where it was supposed to download, and nothing is...

#1 Fixed it, I just put those lines in the main.cfg file.

#2 Somehow fixed it by copying everything in surf_.cfg into the main.cfg file.

#3 How can I fix that?

Never mind, I figured it out. Turns out you have to use a Server Admin group, rather than the other groups. I appreciate the help though.
