It is Sourcemod, i have VPS and using linux gsm for CS:GO server. I will try what asdfxD wrote.

Nobody cannot join after that happens, it is really simple. Server is online, you can try to join and you will see loading theme and it will close loading theme or menu whatever is that after 3-4...
