everytime i do amx_apache it says "You cannot control a helicopter when you are dead" and when i tried to amx_destroyapache my server crashed..

how do i set up a password on my users.ini ? i gave the "e" privilege only which is the name entry thing cause i had no idea how to use name and password to our people
