l4d2 "you are flooding the server" issue

Whenever we use the !pause command when someone crashes, very soon the you are flooding the server error happens, and then even !unpause doesn't work.

People are stuck in the server for 10 mins...

just use 70%-80% item removal. all item pacement is the same, and there is never too much items. maybe 2-3 of each max.

I used the code from your cfg for throwables, and now i can confirm, the teams do not get equal placement throwables.

example: i used 2 of each per map. swamp fever map 1, tnak came early, before...
