In order to use the ps_givepoints, ps_takepoints and ps_setpoints commands, it asks is_admin.

SourceMod appears to not...

Thanks, I feel slightly dumb. Also, a way to make Sourcemod print the SteamID's on disconnect? and make it so that I can print damagelogs in TTT mid round?

You were correct, I was using localhost in the server config. Fixed. Works now from what I can tell. Thank you.

I tried entering a ban from RCON because I didn't have in-server permissions and it fed this out:

When I enter a ban it says searching servers, then player not found, then proceeds to not ban them anywhere.

Also, is there a way to ban across all servers? I banned someone and they were only banned on one server.

So I installed SourceBans, set it up with two test servers and gave myself admin via WebPanel, however when I try to use any command, even sm_admin, I get this:
