Its because you installed the windows version(.dll is for windows and .so is for Linux)
install the Linux one

as you can see in the first line Required extension "REST in Pawn" file("rip.ext") not running
you need to install REST in Pawn extension
download from here...

if you have a MySQL server locally try using 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost
