I want a plugin from which admin can see enemy team chat and dead players chat aswell as spectators team chat and dead spectators chat. :) Flag for this should be K[SV_PASSWORD]

I want a plugin that has a command amx_sethealth <player> <health> and if player health is 100 it say that player health is already 100 and there shouldnot come any thing like %player% has been given...
