Based on 1.2.1 from Bacardi (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showpost.php?p=2352012&postcount=17) a page back,
but now 1.2.2:
- added a cvar to enable/disable (sm_disableradar_enabled=1 - default...

Partly it seems... with a connected player it works just fine.

But on an empty server no rotation will be done what's however.

endTimer freezes (expected - hibernates, no ticks, no timer)
...

Its working just fine for me on CS:GO (linux)...

And I added workshop support!
(or any other arbitrary folders in maps/)
