I've solved the problem with this:
sv_allowupload 0
sv_allowdownload 0
and delete files in addons/metamod/exec.cfg
,
addons/amxmodx/configs/maps delete all folder and files..
also
change ...

When admin.amxx is off its not working, but i don't have admin rights..
