So
1. Block the default buy menu
2. Make the new menu the EXACT same as the old one.
3. Let them buy until they are broke.
4. make sure that the command is "buy" for the new menu,...

I agree that this is a better idea than the way CS does it now. Because you're not going to see someone take 8 bullets from a pouch and put them into a USP to make the 12 total, they are gonna scrub...

why not just make them always buy guns from the second menu then, and not the first menu. So the command "buy" in my server opens a different menu instead of the default.

no not just AMX has to be off, Metamod. You cant just do amx_off you have to edit the liblist.gam and select mp.dll instead of metamod.dll, but yes for practices this is amazing.

Example, Im a T, my friend is a T. I go to A, plant, he goes to B, plants. If one bomb gets defused CTs...

you can make client side scripts for this if you want, not auto pistols but 3 bullet bursts for anygun. look on Counter-script.net or um counter-script.com possibly.

I dont understand why you can ADD admins through console but not delete them. To me that makes little to no sense.
