The sound precache limit is like 20k, usually 12k~ is precached by game anyway
distorting sounds can you show video?
unless you have another plugin or something hooking sounds and changing...

works fine on my end version : 2.1.5.5 7311, do you have 2 of the plugins loading or reloaded all plugins, the witch fixes are not reloadable they are 1time load and does not need anything more.

Check your vdf path for l4d1, i think l4d1 has issues with different languages which needs this, https://www.sourcemm.net/vdf not sure if dedicated servers need it.

I think that is blocked clientsided like open and closing doors.

You can try using SDKHooks SDKHook_Use and hooking entities you want to pickup and filter accordingly.

It reads if they are being dominated by specials e.g. smoked charged jockeyed and pounded.

You should just get the offsets and cache them in a static when called because the offsets could change...

The music system is clientsided, the server only sends music commands to clients with the usermessage(MusicCmd) method to change, stop and start music tracks for mixing and other flags for music...

You want to fill in all the infomation for detours best you can, i think the nav area's are just ints as for the return looks like a bool to me.

WitchLocomotion::IsAreaTraversable()
CDirector::AllowWitchesInCheckpoints()

l4d1 there is no AllowWitchesInCheckpoints this was...

surivvor legs copy the world model animations to the legs and it's the world model that has the delay.
