Try to run the plugin in debug mode: it will help to localise error.
Just >add "debug" after the plugin name in plugins.ini (without quotes).

jumpstats_main.amxx...

There is some trouble in the last (1.7.2) version with legal_settings:
1) if js_legal_settings "0" players will be kicked just on connect.
2) if js_legal_settings "1" && js_legal_settings_kick "0"...
