You should have the most recent, AMXX 1.60. Click here (http://www.amxmodx.org/downloads.php) to DL it. AMXX 1.60 with full installer at the top, choose that one.

Type "amxmodmenu" (Without " ") in the console...

Type "amxmodmenu" (Without " ") in the console and then it shows up and do it from there. I think restrictions are on the second page, just look for it.
