With 32 players in the server c4 bugs

The servers it with 32 slots.When it full ups they come c4 bugs :
-it shows that it is in me,and suddenly it show that it is not in me
-When it is droped ,the location in the radar is suddenly...

one map for counter-strike with Valve Hammer editor
and ...
I heared if the map have
null texture the fps on tne player
is better then without null texture...
