Same error here, Using ubuntu 12.04 and srcds do run and everything is okay but only problem is when compiling i get this error

My TF2 Dedicated server's (its a VPS Not a real dedi) player ping is always between 70-100+ and so the lantency (80-100+). Sometime they go up to 500+ and bring heavy lag. Is there any way...
