You mustn't run it via rcon because rcon is the console which client index is 0

ForceRespawn work bad for me
cstrike_beta stable at all, because cstrike_beta has same signatures and offsets as original css

cstrike_beta can be supported by modification gamedata files (I did it, so cstrike_beta server completely supported by sourcemod)

I create adminmenu_custom with russian translation + bug fix with sm_nv and sm_defuser + added a teleport menu
