Have you ensured that your file is found in console, AND that you have sounds enabled yourself (Type !sounds in chat)

Alright, a cycle will be a bit more complex, but doable. As far as your issue, I don't think that is stuff involved with this plugin... On our servers nextmap dispays the next map correctly...

I'll be taking a look further into this tonight, right now on laptop/blackberry internet, and my lappy's tf2 isn't updated... so I can't test a proposed solution I have, but hopefully tonight.
