Thank you for help.
I try to disable all plugin at a time, i still not have found the problem. I don`t know which one has do the same thing with ChatManager.

Thank you for help.
I disabled that plugin but doesnt work. This plugin is for an only admins chat, like say_team +@. i try to disable all plugin at a time, i still not have found the problem.
