My server have been hacked too, they change your plugin, to their one, in my option it was vip.amxx plugin, but highly suggest update ur server with steamcmd, as i did for my servers

Just use more then one plugin, there is seperate plugin for MJ, it's has option for admins only, just use ADMIN_LEVEL_H, so you won't need to use a lot of flags, slow reservation, just give a vip B...
