is it possible to let player buy "playskin" in TF2?

My part of item.txt


But when tried to equip the model,
the store plugin printtochat "Your new settings will be applied on next spawn"...

You need to bind a key!
1.equip the jetpack in store
Type in console:
2.bind "f" "+jetpack"
3.jump and press f

Did anyone have the latest update of item.txt?
because the unusual effect is outdated in store by zephyrus.
