is there a way to assign commands to a level.

is there a way to restrict a command to only be used by certain level for example admin. I want certain commands from plugins to be only used by supporters or admins.

Hey guys, I wanted to host a csgo server. I found a vps which provide Intel Xeon E5-2667v2 and 8-16 GB ram. So how many 128 tick 12 slot servers can I run?
