Ok, here is what I found out ivailosp, I replaced my addons with what you gave me and put SourceMod back in it and typed sv_maxplayers and it worked, but I looked up and it still says Unknown...

so you are saying the sv_forceunreserved 1 and sv_removehumanlimit 1 are both recognized commands? I have them in my server.cfg and when I launch the server, the console says that they are unknown...
