no... you upload the 2 files to your server through ftp or just place them in your models folder for dedicated server. then ut the plugin in the plugins file and write it to plugins.ini

I use end to buy a kit on CTs. a lot of players bind their keys to something on end.. you cant call them a hacker for pressing a key
