Is the version available for download in the first post v5.5a? I downloaded it and it still says v5.5 everywhere (in the sp and with sm_spray_version).

I had 1.3 working fine on ZPS. :) It was the updating to SM 1.1 that did it. Well I'll try the clean install like you suggested.

I think the amx_givehat command can be used by anyone even though in the sma it says its restricted to ADMIN_RCON. Probably with the amx_removehats command too. Anybody else notice this?

Yeah you can use a program like HLSW to send commands to your server but it requires they know the RCON password. That isn't always a good thing to be handing out to all your admins.
